storage pulls and bps

Storage pull settings are not saved trough blueprints right now, which makes any messing with them pointless in mp.
Also, with current GUI is pretty tasking to setup a comprehensive pull list, i suggest a word matching based pulling
ie: if contains "hull" pull x amount of em
if starts with "black"
if ends with "capsule"
