So, first off, my WIP entry to the NPC station contest. All I have done so far is the hangar, and I just realized that hardened hull probably counts as excessively valuable items, so I will be making the rest out of soft hull and changing the existing bits to that too if I have the time. I'm not terribly good at stations, so this is taking me longer than it normally...
